Based in Rancho Mirage, CA, in the Coachella Valley, and working with travelers across the United States and Canada, he creates custom luxury travel experiences for clients who value thoughtful planning, personal attention, and travel that feels effortless from beginning to end.

Before entering the travel industry, Derek spent more than two decades in the legal field, ultimately building and leading a global team at JPMorgan Chase. That background shaped the way he works today: with precision, calm judgment, and an ability to manage complexity without losing sight of the larger experience.

His work spans many of the world’s most compelling destinations, with particular strength in luxury cruises, tailor-made travel in Europe and Japan, expedition experiences, Africa, and custom itineraries that go well beyond the obvious.
